This understanding sparked a second passion: building lasting wealth through strategic real estate. Dr. Rahbar applied the same analytical rigor from his medical practice to the world of investing, discovering that passive investments in multifamily properties offered the most effective path to true financial freedom.
As a Director at The Laager Group, he has helped manage over $500M in projects, consistently delivering exceptional returns. He doesn't just advise; he personally co-invests in every opportunity presented, ensuring his interests are perfectly aligned with his partners'.
Driven by a desire to give back, he also established a scholarship at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine.
